Sixty years ago, I played with my brothers and cousins in my family pineapple plantation (best pineapple) and riding water buffalo in the town of Sriracha, a beach town in the Gulf of Siam. Sriracha has a wonderful beach and most importantly, home of the original Sriracha Sauce.
We use Thai Sriracha sauce in this dish. We sautéed shrimp, scallops, calamari and Tilapia with straw mushroom, asparagus, onion, bell peppers and added a hint of Sriracha sauce. It is a little spicy but we hope you enjoy it.
Choice of meat: Chicken, Beef (add $2), Pork or Tofu
Panang curry simmered in coconut milk, string beans, bell pepper, lime leaves and fresh mango.
