Shrimp, Scallop and calamari sautéed with wild ginger, lime leaves, whole green peppercorns in Thai basil sauce over Napa cabbage, served in hot skillet.
Green curry simmered in coconut milk, red bell pepper and fresh mango.
Pastel pink, green and lilac sticky rice, topped with creamy coconut milk, served with sweet mango.
