Barramundi is ocean-farmed whitefish, clean flavor, moderate oil content keeping the fish moist and tender. We lightly dusted fish with flour and quickly fried, topped with delicious ginger and shitake mushroom and green onion sauce, finished with a splash of sesame oil.
