We love to play with food! We sometimes have the Tom Kha soup with steamed rice. We tried it with rice noodles in the soup and added a hint of Pan Tai sweet chili paste for more flavors. We liked it and hope you do as well!
Choice of meat: Chicken, beef, pork or tofu. A simple dish but delicious! Fresh Kobashi pumpkin sautéed with egg, and scallion, served with steamed jasmine rice.
This is a unique spin on a classic pairing that blends strawberry and balsamic reduction from Chef’s Line. Served with fresh berries and house made berries sauce with Grand Marnier.
